How do you package your orders for shipping?
We prioritize your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or bubble mailers with no mention of 'Cloud 9 Smoke Shop' or the contents on the exterior label.
What is your return policy for glass and electronics?
We offer a 14-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used.
Do I need to be of a certain age to purchase?
Yes, you must be 21 years of age or older to purchase any products from our store. We use a secure third-party age verification system at checkout to ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
What should I do if my glass item arrives broken?
While we pack every item with extreme care, accidents can happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.
